  1. The Stylist will start you out with the best shampoo service you ever had. Then will continue by giving you a good hair treatment (if needed, usually Dominican brand, #siliconmix) or something better, all depends on your hair’s condition. You’ll usually be placed under heat.

  2. Hair will be rinsed out, and afterwards treated with a good heat protectan. (and no, there’s no heat damage!)

  3. Hair will be detangled, and parted into different sections. and then the process begings. There will be some tugging and pulling during the process (without any pain, of course) Hair is pulled to get the best blowout, and make those roots straight. The flat iron can be used after hair is dry, to give it a long lasting effect, or some pin curls, to give you some beautiful bouncy curls.

THE MAJOR DIFFERENCE BETWEEN A DOMINICAN BLOWOUT

You’ll notice the difference right away. Your hair will be left shiny and bouncy, full of life. You be left with bouncy hair for at least two weeks, some people usually can go for longer periods of time. Thick oils will never be put in hair, because this will make your hair oily, not bouncy, heavy and eventually get dirtier quicker. I personally always recommend #arganoil, for protection, shine, and maintain your hair free of frizz.
